- For those who are going to install a hydraulic handbrake.
Brake pipe kit for those who are going to build a single-circuit system. Brake pipe kit to connect the brake system from the outlet of the main brake cylinder on the pressure side, through the main cylinder of the hydraulic handbrake all the way to the wheel housings where you then supplement with brake hose.
Components:
2x 3/8" brake pipe nipple male (37-F)
1x 7/16 Brake pipe nipple for 3/16" pipe (37-7)
1x Bulkhead T (SPDTkors)
2x Bulkhead penetration Straight (832-03C)
3x Lock nut for bulkhead penetration (924-03C)
5x 3/8" brake pipe nipple female (37-H)
4 meter brake pipe (SPDcn317)
NOTE - the master brake cylinder in the picture is not included. It is shown for illustrative purposes.
Mounting:
1.
3/8" Brake Pipe Nipple Male (37-F)
This is threaded down into the outlet on the footbrake main brake cylinder to the rear brakes (Pressure side)

7/16 Brake pipe nipple for 3/16" pipe (37-7)
This is threaded into the inlet of the hydraulic handbrake master cylinder

3/8" Brake Pipe Nipple Male (37-F)
This is threaded into the outlet of the hydraulic handbrake master cylinder

Bulkhead T (SPDTkors)
A hole is drilled in the body where you want to branch out into two brake pipes, out towards the wheels.

Bulkhead Straight (832-03C)
These bulkhead penetrations are mounted in the bodywork outside the wheel arches in the place where the brake hoses that must go to the brake caliper must be mounted.
4.
3/8" brake pipe nipple female (37-H) + 4 meter brake pipe (SPDcn317)
Now taper and mount brake pipe between master brake cylinder and adapters.
