Quick Connector = Female.
8mm Male Bulkhead Fitting
Install the bulkhead fitting to get a connection on either side - Now you can easily click on and off a female quick connector that is crimped onto a battery cable.
8mm Female Quick Connector (Accessory)
The female quick connector is crimped onto a battery cable just like a regular cable lug (crimping tool required). Now you have a quick connector that can be attached and detached with one hand, completely tool-free.
